Established in 1984, Potters Bar was the first office opened, followed five years later by the Pinner branch. The company is privately owned with Chris and Andrew (two of the Directors) fully involved in the day to day running of the company. We employ over 14 members of staff in the three locations and have an enviable reputation in each of the them for our honesty, commitment and personal service.

Fully bonded with ABTA, we are an ‘independent travel agent’ not tied to any tour operator allowing us total flexibility and freedom of choice. The company has gained a reputation of offering guidance and assistance down to the very finest detail and we are here to help from the moment you first make contact, to the time you arrive home.

Kitts Travel is proud to have achieved the Investors in People award in 2004 – a recognised ‘National Standard’ – for reaching a high status of business practice. It also proves that the company value and appreciate their staff – many of whom have remained loyal and dedicated for a number of years.

We pride ourselves on offering a truly personal one to one service. Internet technology and email communication have been embraced and are great tools for providing instant information. However, the personal touch is still invaluable and is a very rare commodity these days.
